Find a quiet spot where you won't be disturbed for an hour. Begin by sitting upright for the introduction, then lie down on your couch or bed. Make sure your coach can see you. Have a blanket for comfort, and keep a glass of water and a box of tissues nearby for convenience.

After the session, drink lots of water and herbal teas.
You might feel lighter and more energized. Some people get a bit tired, so it's okay to take a nap if you need to. You can also expect to have a restful sleep at night.
